Panel OKs outlet mall on East Riverside
A zoning permit for a 400,00-square-foot outlet mall on the city's northeast side is on its way to the City Council for approval. The Code and Regulation Committee unanimously endorsed Monday the special-use permit for The Preferred Outlets of Rockford, to be located at East Riverside Boulevard and Interstate 90.
